Children Privacy
In order to comply with "The Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule" (COPPA), we never collect or maintain personal information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, "personal information" is defined as individually identifiable information such as a first and last name, a home or other physical address including street name and city or town, an e-mail address, a telephone number, a Social Security number, or persistent identifiers such as customer or processor serial numbers held in a cookie, where the identifier is associated with individually identifiable information.

Information is collected at APEX application form where the visitor formally states his/her desire to join the organization, providing this way individually identifiable information such as name, email address, website URL and country of origin.
